BioThis is the journal of Neon Black.
Based in England, selling hair extensions, dread falls, accessories and lots of other funky things!
We have been 'officially' installing hair extensions since 2001 and selling falls for almost the same length of time.
Neon Black was originally opened as a gothic and alternative clothing store in early 2002 and from 2003 we had the website running alongside it.
We now create hand made jewellery and hair accessories along side our falls and extensions.
